Issy MacLean

Issy MacLean has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Issy started their career at Dance-A-Round as a Dance Instructor Assistant, where they organized and provided ballet and tap lessons to children. Issy also assisted in organizing dance shows.

Issy gained further experience as a Student Work Experience at Kudos Film and Television, part of the Endemol Shine Group. Issy worked as a junior runner and also handled administrative tasks such as data input and creating a filing system.

Issy then worked at the Burgundy School of Business - BSB as an Assistant Project Manager intern for Short Term Programmes. Issy was responsible for the operations and logistics of cultural short-term programs for international students.

Issy later joined Mondolirondo Luxury Brands as an Assistant Project Manager, where they primarily worked in the Valencia team. Issy assisted the project management team with various creative, organizational, and administrative tasks. Issy also handled contract negotiations and established professional connections with influencers and suppliers.

Currently, Issy is working at Bloom & Wild, where they started as a Customer Delight Associate and progressed to roles such as Senior Customer Delight and Operations Associate in France and Business Development Senior Associate. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Manager and is also a Senior Strategy and Business Development Manager.

Issy MacLean attended the City of London School for Girls from 2012 to 2014 for their high school education. After completing high school, they went on to study at Durham University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons) degree in Modern Languages and Cultures.
