Oskar Pearson

Oskar Pearson currently serves as Director of Engineering and Director of Software Architecture at Bloom & Wild, where responsibilities include hands-on architecture and implementing significant changes to the Ruby on Rails monolith. Oskar founded Vivid Compass Ltd, where a successful tenure lasted from October 2008 to October 2021 as a Principal Developer and Senior Consultant, and carried out a major migration of core Radix infrastructure to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Prior experience includes pivotal roles at Qualica Technologies, where responsibilities spanned from Primary Architect for a Puppet-managed server control system to Interim COO overseeing revenue operations and restructuring, along with technical leadership for the Radix Division. Oskar’s early career at Internet Solutions included providing third-level support for major Linux and Windows systems.
