Rachel Flower has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Rachel began their career in 2015 as an Assistant at Bupa, where they assisted residents with tasks and managed food distribution. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Next Ltd, providing customer service and maintaining visual merchandising. Rachel then served as a Content Marketing Intern at Go dine, identifying new venues and ensuring content readiness. Finally, Rachel worked as a CRM Executive (Lifecycle), focusing on CRM strategies and execution.

Since 2022, Rachel has been employed at Bloom & Wild as a Senior CRM & Loyalty Associate, utilizing their expertise in customer relationship management and loyalty programs.

Rachel Flower began their education journey at Heathside 6th Form in 2014, where they pursued A-Levels in Psychology, Geography, and Business Studies. Rachel completed their A-Levels in 2016, achieving outstanding grades of A* in Psychology, A in Geography, and B in Business Studies. Following this, Rachel enrolled at the University of Nottingham in 2016 and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography. Impressed by their academic prowess, they further pursued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Marketing in 2020.
