Devin Sinclair has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Devin is currently the COO at Bloom & Wild since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Sproutl, an online marketplace start-up, from October 2021 to March 2023. Devin also worked at Invicta Holdings Limited as the CEO's Management Designate, reporting directly to the CEO and assuming interim general management roles from September 2009 to August 2011.

To kickstart their career, Devin worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte, where they had a USA secondment from January 2009 to March 2009.
