With over 45 years in education, including two decades as a Primary School Principal. I’ve always been passionate about people, growth, and meaningful leadership.

I loved my career. It gave me purpose and the opportunity to make a real difference.

But over time, I realised I didn’t need something completely different…
I needed a different way of working.

That shift led me to create Bloom with Narelle.

Today, I connect with individuals who are open to growth and exploring a more flexible, independent way of working, without walking away from the experience and skills they’ve built over time.

Through this, I work within the personal development and leadership space, helping people access high-quality learning, mindset, and growth-focused programs, while also supporting them as they step into their next chapter.
