Daniel Honker

Daniel Honker is a Sr. Product and Delivery Manager at Bloom Works LLC, where Daniel helps the government make services more accessible, effective, and equitable through a human-centered design approach. Prior to this, Daniel worked as a Project Lead and Innovation Consultant at NewImpact, and as a Policy Lab Manager at the City of Austin. Daniel also has experience as a Strategy & Performance Consultant at SRA International, Inc, and as an Analyst at the National Academy of Public Administration. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
