Isabelle Ohlson is a collaborative design leader and systems thinker with over 8 years of experience in civic and justice design. They have led projects from discovery to implementation, including the launch of the Democracy Watch civic tech platform at Human Rights First and the development of various service design initiatives at the Ministry of Justice UK. Currently, Isabelle serves as a Senior UX Researcher and Service Designer at Bloom Works Public Benefit LLC, where they continue to focus on creating human-centered solutions. They hold a Master of Arts in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design & Photography from Kingston University.
