Rachel Williams

Rachel Williams is currently the Director of Talent Management at Bloom Insurance since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in talent development from previous positions at Ivy Tech Community College, where roles included Executive Director of Talent Development, Director of Talent Development, and Talent Development Specialist from July 2014 to January 2022. Williams also served as an adjunct instructor and graduate teaching assistant at Indiana State University, teaching courses related to Human Resource Development while managing various educational responsibilities. Education includes a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, both obtained from Indiana State University. Additional experience includes a human resources internship at Union Hospital, where coordination of a community diversity fair was a key responsibility.
