Adam Wu

Adam Wu is a Senior Software Engineer at Bloomberg LP since December 2021, previously serving as the Director of Cloud and Edge Computing at Origin Wireless AI from January 2017 to November 2021. In this role, Adam administered wireless sensing application integration, managed vendor requirements, and led API design. As a Cloud Architect, Adam spearheaded the development of a large data-consuming wireless sensing engine and oversaw its integration with operating servers. Adam's early experience includes positions as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland from August 2011 to December 2016, focusing on wireless communication protocols and multimedia forensics, and at National Taiwan University from September 2008 to June 2010, analyzing wireless video streaming performance. Adam holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Maryland and master's and bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Electrical Engineering, respectively, from National Taiwan University.
