Aileen Griffith

Aileen Griffith is a seasoned professional in corporate risk and compliance with a robust background in third-party management and people strategy. They served as the Americas Head of Governance Internal Controls at BNY Mellon and later directed Citi’s Global Manager’s Control Assessment program. Aileen's career includes roles at the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where they established comprehensive risk management programs. Currently, Aileen is the Global Head of HR Risk and Controls at Bloomberg. Aileen holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Wesleyan University.
