Ben Harrison is a Global Head of Reward Services with over 18 years of experience in international reward, payroll, and global mobility. Currently leading Bloomberg's global strategy for Payroll, Benefits, Employment Tax, and Global Mobility/Immigration, Ben manages a team that supports 22,000 employees across over 170 locations worldwide. Previously, they held significant roles at Bloomberg LP, BBC, KPMG, and Barclays Investment Bank, specializing in expatriate tax compliance and global mobility solutions. Ben is also pursuing a First Class BSc Hons in International Management at Alliance Manchester Business School, alongside studies at Gies College of Business and KPMG Tax Business School.
