Chibi Ajero has a diverse range of experience in finance, project leadership, and mentorship, highlighted by participation in various work placements and training programs. Notable experiences include a role as Project Leader at Aon, where organizational skills were utilized during a work experience placement; involvement in a mentorship programme with Direct Line Group; and attendance at the Sutton Trust summer school focused on career opportunities. Chibi is currently an Urban Synergy graduate mentee and a Brokerage advanced candidate, gaining skills in communication and finance through specialized programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Investment from LIBF (2024-2028) and A-levels in Maths, Physics, and Economics from The Charter School North Dulwich. Additional training in UI/UX design has also been completed.
