Chirag Gupta

Chirag Gupta is a Senior Researcher at Bloomberg, where they build statistically sophisticated components for the intraday fixed-income pricing product, IBVAL, focusing on machine learning modeling and statistical analysis. They earned a PhD in machine learning from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), where their thesis work on uncertainty quantification was published in top conferences and journals. Prior to their current role, Chirag completed a Master's degree in machine learning at CMU and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. They also have experience as a Research Fellow at Microsoft and a Research Intern at Bloomberg.
