Dasha Bason

Dasha Bason is a passionate leader currently serving as a Team Leader in AI Platforms and Finance at Bloomberg, where they guide teams in delivering innovative AI solutions that enhance the financial industry. Previously, Dasha held roles at Bloomberg LP as a Trading System Analyst, AIM Tradedesk Team Leader, and SSEOMS Tradedesk Team Leader, focusing on team management and client support across various departments. Dasha has also worked as a Property Consultant and as a Project Manager for SIFE University of Malta, where they developed initiatives to promote female entrepreneurship in Malta. Dasha holds degrees in Economics and Management from L-Università ta' Malta and in Economics from the Higher School of Economics, and is currently pursuing further education in Artificial Intelligence at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
