David Rosenberg

David Rosenberg is currently the Head of Machine Learning Strategy in the CTO Office at Bloomberg, focusing on large language models, differential privacy, and synthetic data. Previously, they served as Chief Scientist at YP Mobile Labs and led significant advancements in location data analysis, ad targeting, and real-time bidding strategies at Sense Networks, Inc. Their experience also includes roles as a Data Scientist at Bloomberg and an Adjunct Associate Professor at New York University, where they taught machine learning and computational statistics. David earned a PhD in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is furthering their studies with a BS in Mathematics from Yale University and an SM in Applied Math with a focus on Computer Science from Harvard University.
