Ewerton Pavan

Ewerton Pavan is an accomplished executive specializing in end-to-end transformation, supply chain, and continuous improvement. With extensive experience at Nestlé from 2009 to 2018 in various roles including Value Stream Manager and Director of Lean Initiatives, Ewerton successfully implemented strategies that generated significant cost savings and operational efficiencies across multiple countries. Ewerton served as Chief Engineer at Valeo Engine and Electrical Systems from 2005 to 2009, where they optimized global supply chain strategies and established key supplier partnerships. Currently, Ewerton is the Global Head of Planning and Strategy at Bloomberg and serves on the Advisory Board for Transformative Leadership at the University of New Haven, where they provide strategic guidance to shape innovative curricula.
