Fernando Barcellos

Fernando Barcellos is a Relationship Manager at Bloomberg LP, specializing in financial products analytics and sales. They hold a B.A. in International Relations and an M.A. in International Political Economy. Fernando has conducted academic research in public policy for three years and international financial regulation for two years, coupled with a year of field research in international tourism.
