Jon Wong is an experienced software developer and entrepreneur with a background in economics and digital communications. As the Founder and Research Lead at Affinity Careers from January 2009 to May 2010, Jon orchestrated the formation of a team and developed a job-finding website utilizing personality assessments. From June 2013 to September 2019, Jon worked at Bloomberg LP as a Financial Software Developer, where efforts focused on enhancing research workflows for analysts. Additionally, Jon held positions as a Financial Software Developer Intern and Engineering Team Lead, managing the development of tools for analyst expertise curation. Currently, Jon serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Bloomberg, building on a foundation of grant writing experience from an internship at Rutgers University Administrative Services.
