Lance Horstmann

Lance Horstmann is an experienced professional with a strong background in data management and analysis within the financial services sector. At Bloomberg LP from October 2018 to January 2021, Lance held the position of Team Leader for EMEA Equity Analyst Recommendations Data, where responsibilities included leading a team, defining KPIs and SLAs, creating workflow solutions, and driving quality improvements.
