Lichen possesses extensive experience in data and technology solutions, having worked at Bloomberg LP from January 2016 to March 2022 in various roles including Enterprise Data & Technology Solutions for Westcoast North America and UK, European Emerging Markets, Middle East & Africa. Lichen also served as the Diversity & Inclusion: BPAC Community Lead, fostering cultural awareness and driving business impacts. Prior experience includes event planning and marketing at Silicon Valley Japanese Entrepreneur Network, instructing programming skills at Life is Tech. Inc., and providing freelance interpreting services for business negotiations. Additionally, Lichen held the position of Sales & Marketing Manager at MIKI SHOKO Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included organizing marketing events across Japan. Lichen holds two bachelor's degrees from Waseda University in English and Cross-Cultural Understanding, and Human Informatics and Cognitive Sciences.
