Ming Xiao

Ming Xiao, CPP, currently serves as a Payroll Analyst at Bloomberg since October 2022, with responsibilities that include managing employee terminations, performing FICA audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisting in payroll system projects. Prior to this, Ming worked as the Regional Payroll Manager for Equinox, where oversight of payroll processing for over 10,000 employees was essential, alongside collaboration with HR and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve report automation. Earlier experience includes a Payroll Coordinator role at Equinox and an Accounting Assistant position at Weitz & Luxenberg PC, where responsibilities encompassed managing payroll processes, compliance documentation, and reporting functions. Ming holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University at Buffalo, completed between 2012 and 2015.
