Nasir Barday

Nasir Barday is an experienced designer and producer with a diverse background in product design and music production. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Bloomberg, Nasir leads the design for a product set to launch in 2024, focusing on data integration to empower users. With over two decades at Shoebox Sound Productions, Inc. as a Producer and Recording Engineer, Nasir has worked with various artists to realize their musical visions. Previous roles include Head of Product Design at Boosted.ai, where Nasir aimed to simplify machine learning concepts for finance professionals, and Head of Equities Product Design at Citadel, where Nasir developed complex tools for equity investment. Nasir's career also includes significant consulting work for major financial institutions and a creative leadership role at Camp Mosaic. Nasir holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
