Noam Bartov is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading software development teams and managing complex projects. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Bloomberg since July 2016, Noam oversees teams responsible for the Compliance system utilized in Order, Trade, and Execution Management workflows. Previous roles at Bloomberg included managing the Compliance Engine and various Post Trade teams, as well as hands-on development of the Asset & Investment Manager and transaction cost analysis tools.
