Randy Shapiro

Randy Shapiro is the Global Newsroom Counsel at Bloomberg LP, where they provide legal counsel to journalists worldwide on issues related to the First Amendment, access, and privacy. Previously, they held senior legal positions at Newsweek, Inc., including Deputy Chief Counsel and Vice President and General Counsel at various subsidiaries. Randy began their legal career as an Associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP after earning a B.A. from Tufts University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
