Robert H. has extensive experience in engineering and research, beginning as a Research Engineer (Software) at Laing O'Rourke from November 2014 to February 2017, focusing on process optimization and automation in manufacturing. Following this, Robert H. advanced to a Research Software Engineer role at The University of Manchester, contributing to particle physics research. From July 2020 to October 2023, Robert H. served as Product Lead - R&D at Darktrace, where leadership of a skilled team enabled the development of a flagship AI product for cyber defense.
