Robert Utter

Robert Utter is an experienced professional in security risk management with a progressive career spanning several high-profile financial institutions. Currently serving as the Security Risk Territory Manager at Bloomberg LP since March 2015, Robert oversees all aspects of security risk. Prior to this role, Robert held significant positions including SVP of Fraud Prevention and Physical Security at Citizens Bank, managing global fraud prevention for the 11th largest retail bank in the U.S., and Director of Safety and Security at BlackRock, focusing on physical security and health and safety across North America. With earlier roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Goldman Sachs, FIRST SECURITY, and Shearson Lehman Brothers, Robert has cultivated extensive expertise in physical security, fraud prevention, and safety management.
