Ryuji Kanda

Ryuji Kanda is currently the APAC co-head of quantitative developers at Bloomberg, where they lead financial developers and data scientists across the ASEAN, India, and Japan markets. Previously, Ryuji has held various roles including Quant Analytics at Bloomberg, where they supported clients on the Bloomberg Quant Platform and taught BQL to over 2,000 clients. Ryuji also worked as a Global Sales Strategy Consultant for a Japanese data science startup and has experience in marketing, business development, and communications. Ryuji holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of York and has studied international commerce and finance during an exchange program in Spain.
