Shaun Waters

Shaun Waters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Board Member at HEAF, Inc. since April 2025, Shaun has also held various leadership roles at Bloomberg LP from 2015 to the present, including Global Head of Enterprise Product Software Quality Assurance and Product Manager for News Search and Analytics. Shaun’s expertise includes overseeing machine learning strategies and the compliance and regulatory aspects of financial products. Educational background includes a B.A. in English Literature from the College of the Holy Cross, complemented by early education at Bishop Feehan High School.
