Stella Ng

Stella Ng is an experienced professional with a robust background in human factors engineering, education, and digital transformation. Serving as Associate Faculty at the Singapore University of Social Sciences since January 2016, Stella Ng focuses on human-centered design while continuously improving teaching methods using design thinking and agile methodologies. Prior roles include Materials Management Executive at Singapore Airlines, Office Manager at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and Manager at IMDA, where Stella Ng contributed significantly to process efficiency and digital transformation initiatives. With a solid educational foundation, including a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore, Stella Ng has also worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at LEGO Group and currently serves as a Procurement Consultant at Bloomberg.
