Tim O'Brien

Tim O'Brien is the Executive Editor at Bloomberg Opinion, a position held since 2013, where they oversee digital and editorial strategies for the platform. Previously, Tim served as Executive Editor at The Huffington Post from 2011 to 2013, where they edited a Pulitzer Prize-winning series on wounded veterans, and as Editor of the Sunday Business section at The New York Times from 2006 to 2011, contributing to front-page coverage of the 2008 financial crisis. Earlier in their career, Tim was a Staff Writer for Talk Magazine and The Wall Street Journal, and currently provides political analysis for MSNBC. Tim earned a degree from Columbia Business School between 1990 and 1992.
