Vinay Reddy

Vinay Reddy is the Global Head of Index Governance and Policy at Bloomberg LP, where they currently focus on governance issues related to financial indices. They have extensive experience as a senior lawyer in the derivatives and structured products practice, previously serving as a Director at Barclays Investment Bank, where they led legal coverage across multiple businesses, and spearheaded benchmark reform initiatives, including the LIBOR Transition program. Vinay's legal career also includes roles at Linklaters, Paul Hastings, Clifford Chance, and KPMG, where they handled a range of complex financial transactions and regulatory matters. They earned advanced degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of Michigan Law School, as well as a BA LLB from the National Law School of India University.
