Ziad Daoud

Ziad Daoud is a Senior Fellow at Harvard's Belfer Center since September 2024 and has held the position of Chief Emerging Markets Economist at Bloomberg LP since September 2017, where Ziad also serves as Chief Economist for the Middle East. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Economics and Acting Head of Economics at QNB Group from March 2014 to August 2017, as well as an Economist at Fulcrum Asset Management from September 2011 to February 2014. Ziad Daoud holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, obtained between 2005 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Statistics from UCL, earned from 2002 to 2005.
