Janine Diller

Janine Diller has over 20 years of experience in the education sector. Janine began their career in 1998 as a Camp Counselor at Camp AIM. In 1999, they worked as a Clinical Instructor at Sarah A. Reed Children's Center. From 2000-2005, they were a Social Studies Teacher at Maple Grove Jr Sr High School, and from 2005-2010 they were a Tutor at Fort Benning Schools. From 2007-2010, they were a Lead Preschool Teacher at A Place To Grow Learning Center. From 2010-2014, they worked as a Review & Assessment Manager at Child Care Lounge. In 2014, they began working at BloomBoard, Inc. where they have held various roles including Sr. Manager, Educator Support, Manager, Educator Support Team, Program Manager, Sr. Educator Support Associate, Educator Support Associate, and more. In these roles, they have managed teams of support associates, overseen large-scale product projects, diagnosed and tested web-based products, developed web-based product training, identified customer pain points, onboarded and managed organizations, created and managed customer facing support materials, and collaborated with internal teams.

Janine Diller has a Master of Education from Gannon University in Curriculum and Instruction. Janine also holds a Bachelor of Science from PennWest Edinboro in Secondary Education and Teaching (Social Studies). Her educational background is completed by their graduation from Baldwin Senior High School in 1994.
