Aceil Halaby

Aceil Halaby is the Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer at Bloomer Tech. Aceil has held this position for the past 5 years and 7 months. Prior to this, they were the Product Design Coordinator at Benchmark Development for 4 years and 2 months. Aceil Halaby attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2017, earning a Master of Engineering and Management. Her focus was in Integrated Design Management, and their thesis was titled "Forecasting Collaboration Capacity by Driving Output in Product Teams." During their time at MIT, Halaby was involved in several activities and societies, including the Integrated Design & Management program, which is dedicated to developing innovative leaders who bring creativity, vision, and integrity to business and society. The IDM program curriculum combines the best methods from the world's best design schools with the systematic, analytical methods of the world's best engineering and business schools. This balanced, integrated approach has been demonstrated to produce new business paradigms, great products, and the creative courage to solve complex, hard-to-define problems.
