Ruby Khalaf

Ruby Khalaf, MSc, MPH, is a clinical lead at Bloomer Tech since January 2022, with a robust background in public health and research consultancy. Previously, Ruby served as a research consultant at Soins Infirmiers 2000 Inc, where responsibilities included coordinating research implementation for an NGO focused on HIV advocacy. As project manager at Soins Infirmiers et Developpement Communautaire (SIDC), Ruby led the "Aging with HIV" project, collaborating with top medical centers in Lebanon and the Ministry of Public Health. Additionally, Ruby contributed to evaluations at the American University of Beirut’s Graduate Public Health Program and gained experience as a health administrator intern at Lebanese American University Medical Center. Ruby’s research experience includes work at the American University of Beirut Medical Center’s Congenital Heart Disease Genetic Program. Ruby holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with additional training in global health from Duke University.
