Eric Broulette has extensive experience in customer support and operations roles. Eric began their career as a Logistics Intern at Crete Carrier Corporation in 2011. Eric then moved on to Hudl, where they spent over 4 years as a Global Support Manager, overseeing a team of over 100 and supporting a large customer base. At Flywheel, they held the role of Director of Global Support, leading the support team and focusing on improving team performance and customer satisfaction. After WP Engine acquired Flywheel, they continued as the Director of Global Support before being promoted to Senior Director of Global Support. Eric then joined Hotel Engine as the Senior Director of Client Operations before their current role as Senior Director of Customer Support at Bloomerang.
Eric Broulette earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University in the years 2007 to 2011.
