Evan DaSilva

Evan DaSilva is currently the SVP of Payments at Bloomerang. Prior to that, they were a co-founder at Mayo Labs and the business manager for payments at Buildium.

Mayo Labs was an online marketplace for Medicare and Healthcare Insurance. Evan and their team originally sourced consumers through a multi-channel digital marketing strategy. They cultivated a distribution network of over 30 partners and developed a proprietary consumer acquisition platform that included integrated A/B testing, custom reporting/analytics, a real-time auction, multi-channel partner integrations and an automated performance feedback loop. The company was bootstrapped and sold to QuinStreet in February of 2021.

At Buildium, Evan was responsible for the company's Payments vertical, which processed over $10B in payments annually. Evan generated year-over-year top line growth of 60% in 2019 and 2020, more than doubling the growth rate of the Payments business from 2018 while maintaining profit margin. Evan was a senior leader whose execution was a key factor in Buildium's $580M acquisition by RealPage. As part of that acquisition, they managed Buildium's registration and integration process to become a Payments Facilitator (PayFac). Evan negotiated terms with the acquirer, sponsor bank, payments processor and risk management vendors. Evan also created Buildium's Payments Underwriting, Risk Management and Payments Operations functions from scratch and grew the Payments team from 0 to over 20 employees.

Evan DaSilva has a BA in Economics & Political Science from the University of Connecticut and an MA in Economics from Boston University. Evan also has an MBA in General Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

Their manager is Ross Hendrickson, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Tammy Hammond - Chief Product Officer, Genisee Baird - Director, Customer Support, and Marty Farris - Director, Professional Services.
