Jay Smorey

Jay Smorey has a work experience spanning over ten years in various roles in the healthcare industry. Jay started in 2011 at Navicure, a medical claims clearinghouse, where they worked as a Business Development Representative and later became a Business Development Team Lead. In 2012, they transitioned to a Sales Representative role before becoming the Manager of Business Development until 2015. From 2016 to 2018, Jay continued their career at Navicure, now merged with ZirMed, as the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement. In 2018, they joined Waystar as a Senior Manager, initially focusing on Solution Education & Learning Support and later on Strategic Growth Programs. In 2019, Jay moved to Jvion as the Director of Sales Enablement and eventually became the Senior Director of Growth Enablement, a position they held until 2022. Currently, Jay works at Bloomerang as the Senior Director of Revenue Operations.

Jay Smorey completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Toccoa Falls College from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Jay obtained several certifications in various fields, including sales, marketing, project management, and program management, from institutions such as LinkedIn and Lynda.com from 2018 to 2023.
