Matt Brown

Matt Brown has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Matt is currently the VP of Engineering at Bloomerang since December 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP of Engineering at Seismic from August 2021 to October 2023. Before that, they worked as the Principal Software Architect at Lessonly (Acquired by Seismic) from February 2020 to August 2021. Matt also served as a Software Architect at Kerauno from July 2019 to February 2020. Matt has a background as the CTO at Pattern89 (Acquired by Shutterstock) from December 2016 to June 2019. Matt was also the Director of Engineering, Predictive Intelligence at ExactTarget, Salesforce Marketing Cloud from October 2012 to December 2016. Additionally, they held leadership positions in iGoDigital (Acquired by ExactTarget) as the VP of Operations from January 2009 to October 2012 and Last Piece Software as the VP of Development from October 2007 to October 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sr. Software Developer at ProSolv CardiovVascular from May 2007 to September 2008 and ResCap from September 2003 to May 2007.

Matt Brown attended Wabash College from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.
