Michael Best

Michael Best has a diverse work experience in product management, marketing, and coaching. Michael is currently working as the Senior Director of Product Management at Bloomerang. Before that, they had a significant tenure at Salesforce, where they held various roles such as Director of Product Management and Senior Product Manager. At Salesforce, they developed and oversaw Nonprofit Cloud's Marketing and Data portfolio, acquired new clients, and generated significant revenue through innovative product strategies. Prior to Salesforce, Michael worked at roundCorner and PeopleLinx in product management roles, where they played a crucial role in developing and advancing nonprofit technology products. Michael also has experience as a baseball coach at Holy Ghost Prep. Michael holds a Graduate and Executive Programs Assistant position at Villanova University and has previous internships in marketing and sales.

Michael Best completed their education in a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Economics at Villanova University from 2007 to 2011. Michael also attended the University of Galway in 2009 for Commerce. Prior to that, they attended Holy Ghost Prep from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Pragmatic Institute, including PMC Level III, Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, Pragmatic Institute - Build, Pragmatic Institute - Focus, and Pragmatic Institute - Foundations in 2019.
