Mark Woodka

Mark Woodka is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Woodka Family Holdings, LLC since January 2023, Mark previously led OnShift as CEO from May 2008 to March 2023, focusing on human capital management solutions for the healthcare industry. Prior to OnShift, Mark held significant positions at BEA Systems as COO, Flashline as VP Sales, and TMW Systems, where responsibilities included EVP of e-Commerce Solutions and VP of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Mark's academic background includes studies at the University of Minnesota and Jagiellonian University.
