Mony Preap

Mony Preap is an experienced sales executive currently serving as an Enterprise Sales Executive for DACH and the Netherlands at Bloomflow, an innovation management platform since August 2023. Previously, Mony held the role of Expansion Lead for Western Europe and DACH at Clinch, which rebranded from PathMotion, enhancing automated recruitment marketing and career site technology. Mony also contributed to PathMotion as the Expansion Lead DACH, focusing on improving employer branding through AI-powered platforms. Prior experience includes launching growth initiatives as Co-Founder and Growth Launcher for Taptap Send in Cambodia, managing business operations at AvenAo (Prodways Group), and serving as a Sales Manager for Lunii in the DACH and Italy regions.
