bloomio is a B2B tech recruitment agency built by the team behind unicrew, a software development company with 12+ years of experience scaling engineering teams across Europe.

We fix the broken incentive in recruitment. Instead of collecting a fee and disappearing, our revenue depends on your hire staying. Our Retention-Guard model spreads an 18% fee across 12 monthly installments. If the hire leaves, payments stop. No exit fees, no catches.

Candidates are evaluated by real engineers, architects, and engineering managers, not recruiters with a checklist. Every assessment produces a detailed scorecard with a clear hire/no-hire recommendation.

Three ways to work with us:

- Retention-Guard: success-fee recruitment tied to retention
- Embedded Recruiter: a dedicated recruiter integrated into your org
- Flex Subscription: predictable monthly cost, continuous pipeline

We specialize in frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile, DevOps, data engineering, QA, solution architects, engineering managers, technical leaders, UI/UX designers, and product managers.

Powered by unicrew. 100+ engineers. 6 countries. 350+ hires retained.
