Peter M. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Peter currently works at Bloomreach as an Investigation Engineer, where they joined in April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as an Application Administrator at the same company, starting in August 2022. Additionally, Peter held the position of Platform Specialist at Bloomreach from August 2021 to March 2023. In this role, they led the US support team, established company standards, and maintained relationships with the Customer Success team and clients/users.

Before joining Bloomreach, Peter worked at Sofia Jewelry as a Service Technician from July 2020 to February 2021. Prior to that, they gained hospitality experience at the Grand Hotel River Park, a Luxury Collection Hotel, serving as a Concierge, night auditor, and receptionist from May 2017 to April 2020. Peter also has experience in customer service, having worked as a Customer Service Adviser at Airport Bratislava from May 2015 to December 2016.

Peter M. completed their Master of Engineering degree in Production Machines, Systems, and Robots at Brno University of Technology from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in the same field of study from the same university, which they completed from 2015 to 2019. In addition, Peter has also obtained a certification in CompTIA Security+ (SY0-601) from CompTIA in December 2022.
