Scott Stirk began their work experience as a Human Resources Intern at Triumph Motorcycles from July 2012 to August 2013. Scott then worked as a Key Account Manager at Brackenheath Briticent from July 2014 to November 2015. Scott then joined Experian as a Business Development Manager for Marketing Services from November 2015 to March 2018. Scott currently works as a Strategic Account Executive at Bloomreach, starting in January 2022, where they help brands improve customer experiences using their suite of personalization and digital commerce growth products.

Scott Stirk attended Rawlins Academy from 2005 to 2010. It is unclear if they obtained a degree or field of study during this time. From 2010 to 2014, they studied at De Montfort University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Business & Management.
