Following their time at school, Tom pursued a Professional Diploma in Live Sound and Tour Production at Brighton Institute of Modern Music from 2010 to 2012.

In 2020, Tom enrolled in the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM) and completed a course called IDM/DMA, which focused on Conversion Rate Optimisation. Tom further augmented their skill set in 2021 by becoming a Mental Health First Aider through MHFA.
