Wouter Danes

Wouter Danes is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as the Tech Lead for the Developer Platform at Picnic Technologies, Wouter has previously held prominent roles including Principal Engineer at PostNL, Technical Principal at Ordina, and Platform Architect positions at both Part-up and ING Nederland. Wouter has significantly contributed to the Hippo opensource project as a committer for Hippo CMS 7 since 2012. With a strong educational background from Delft University of Technology and additional business training from Ohio University, Wouter combines technical expertise with leadership acumen, focusing on innovative solutions and team management in various high-impact technology initiatives.
