Wouter Pasman

Wouter Pasman is a seasoned professional in solutions consulting and project management, currently serving as Senior Director of Solutions Consulting for Bloomreach in the EMEA region since January 2016. Wouter oversees a team of Solutions Consultants and is instrumental in driving customer success and growth across EMEA, MENA, and APAC regions. Previously, Wouter held various leadership roles at Bloomreach, including Director of Solutions Consulting and Head of Professional Services, where responsibilities included managing professional services teams and delivering large-scale DXP implementations. Prior experience at Hippo, which was acquired by Bloomreach, involved expanding the EMEA team of Solution Consultants and providing strategic consulting services. Wouter holds an MSc in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
