Yeny Pardini

Yeny Pardini is a seasoned professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as the VP of Product Insights & Design at Bloomreach since May 2025. Prior experience includes holding the position of Director of Product Design at Klaviyo from October 2021 to April 2025, and leading product design and UX initiatives at Constant Contact from June 2019 to October 2021. Yeny's extensive background also features roles at Boston College as Head of UX & Software Development, and as a designer and developer at various organizations, including District Management Group and IvyMedia Corp. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Development from Boston College and a Master of Science in Interactive Digital Media from Trinity College Dublin, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from ISDI Superior Institute of Industrial Design.
