Erick Todd II has extensive experience in educational and camp settings, having worked at YMCA Camp Kon-O-Kwee/Spencer from January 2014 to November 2018 in various roles including Outdoor Educator/Program Staff, Camp Counselor, and Unit Director. In these positions, Erick focused on facilitating outdoor activities, managing teams of counselors, and supporting the development of children aged 12-13. Additionally, Erick completed an Education Internship at Kalu Yala in early 2018, where program development for local children was a key focus. Since July 2019, Erick has served as Team Lead at Lambda School, guiding students through a challenging computer science curriculum and providing mentorship during project execution.
